Join us for a wild & foraged foods cooking demo & book signing with Maria Finn, author of Forage. Gather. Feast. To showcase the change of seasons and the freshest offerings from our farm and around the Bay Area, Maria will be making smoked and pickled mushrooms,  a favorite amongst her many wonderful recipes and the perfect autumnal treat with mushroom season is nearly upon us here in West Sonoma County. To showcase the abundance of rosehips and apples, she will also be making a rosehip and heirloom apple jam. Of course, you will have an opportunity to taste following the demonstration. We hope you will join us for this deliciously educational experience!
