He holds an M.S. in Tree Crops Production and a Certificate in Olive Oil Production from Cordova, Spain. Passionate about helping farmers grow better fruit, he brings his extensive experience and wisdom about olives and olive oil to share with you.

This class will be held in our milling area and weather permitting, a pruning demonstration will take place in our olive orchards. Please wear appropriate layers to stay comfortable. Non-slip, close-toed footwear appropriate for entry into industrial spaces and walking over uneven farmland terrain is required.
