Fall Foliage to Fashion: Leaf Printing Workshop
On Sunday, November 9, from 2 to 6 p.m., guests can experience fall foliage in a whole new way with h2hotel’s Fall Foliage to Fashion: Leaf Printing Workshop. Led by natural dyer and educator Lisa Rogers of Slow Digz, this four-hour session explores the botanical eco-art of leaf printing. Guests will craft a one-of-a-kind piece using fall foliage gathered from Sonoma County on a pre-mordanted 11×60-inch silk textile. As pieces simmer, participants can try their newly minted technique on paper with other colorful leaves while enjoying light bites, a glass of local wine, or a seasonal mocktail.
